🌀 Procedure of Uttar Vasti

2. Main Procedure (Pradhana Karma)
   
   

   • A small amount (1–10 ml) of warm medicine is carefully introduced using a sterile catheter.
     
     

   • The patient rests to allow absorption.
     
     

3. Post-procedure (Paschat Karma)
   
   

   • Rest and hygiene are important.
